JOB PURPOSE
The ideal candidates will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing large numbers of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats on time with the highest level of professionalism.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Managed promotions and social ad campaigns to integrate with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting to high-level management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of first degree or its equivalent.
- High Fluency in English and other languages
- Ability to work in a 24-hour shift environment.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
