Are you passionate about food science and interested in pursuing a 4-years PhD in an exciting research project on food proteins? I am seeking a high quality candidate with a Master’s degree in Food Science and hands-on experience in Food Fermentation to join our team at the University of Limerick.
The successful candidate will be involved in a research focused on sustainable proteins, exploring their potential applications in food products.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Food Science, Bioscience or related field;
Proficiency in food fermentation techniques and deep knowledge of food proteins;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
